A top notch scholar of Southeast Asian Studies at a top notch university in NY is pretty certain that there will not be any assassination of Anwar (except character assassination) because Malaysia has no history of this. I think we do have such a history but politicians gunned down were not key names...we had one in Kelantan in the 1960s and recently, in Segamat (an MIC politician). So, I will not rule out possibilities.We wake up to surprises everyday, since our last General Elections.
Asked if CIA/KGB/Mossad/Singapore intelligence/batman/superman/spiderman/cicakman/kluang man was behind all this chaos, my friend said such a thought would only come from frustrated and worried people.No such thing as conspiracy theory.
Mmmph.

Do you also read Dr M's blog these days?His detailed analysis on the world economy entitled "Malaysia and the World Turmoil" was very enlightening and what an eye-opener.(and scary too)
But I have yet to read his comment on Anwar's latest allegation. I think it's good to read from all sorts of sources before anything.
Everything is quite scary now, i think..If there's no confidence from rakyat towards the current leadership, Malaysia might just have scared away all investors from investing.
Just sharing, and hope to hear more of your opinion in relation to this.

I read Dr M's blog from time to time.Semua blog pun baca.
But of late, dah tak larat dan fed up.REAL issues facing us are not addressed.I have decided to move on.We have responsibilities to shoulder and issues on liwat kaa apa kaa bukan issue yang berfaedah.Budak2 bawah umur baca pun tak elok.Konon TV/film/magazines semua kena sensor sgt tang liwat2 ni.
This country has been on auto pilot for a long time.It is our job to take charge.There is no other way but to self-regulate in order to take care of ourselves (if our government and its shadow government won't).
Kita tau ada tangan ketiga di belakang pepecahan ini and I guess some news will be out on this soon.

It's a supply and demand thingy I think.Kalau ramai yang minat nak baca news mcm ni, dia akan menjadi2.I am happy the key bloggers are on strike.That does not mean they are berpeluk tubuh.It is what we call being 'passive aggressive'.It worked with Gandhi.
But I l-o-v-e being cynical.It is an art.Tee hee.If the younger generation do it, it'll look cute and witty on them.It adds colour and provides new perspectives, what.:)
