Alhamdulillah, Z graduated today.Sir Peter Middleton,the uni's Chancellor is a jovial guy.Former CEO and Chairman of Barclays Bank.Anak watan,a graduate of Uni of Sheffield.The uni would appoint their own alum as Chancellor.Tak mcm kita.Uni of Sheffield has 70k students and Sheffield is alive because of the unis (Hallam).Bertenaga kembali after the steel industry's slump.
The graduation ceremony was done in an hour.I got teary as they played a video clip at the beginning of the event: of kids growing and becoming new people.Then again whn Sir Peter suruh graduands bangun and applauded their parents/guardians.Org putih sebelah I tu pun sobbed.
We joined the lunch reception then shot off to Stratford-upon-Avon.Ate at this fancy Indian restaurant (Hussains).Sedap makanannya.
