Since yesterday I was running around to sort out my 4 times cancelled flight to Manila. Apec is going on.Ohbummer would be in town so Manila punya bagus, tutup airport dia and seemingly MAS/Air Asia takda chance langsung nak mendarat.Pulak tu Muller's new and cheaper staff tak reti nak pacify distressed travellers (the ones at KL Sentral memang perlu pi training.Sat lagi I akan keluarkan skrip drama kami).
I decided to take the express train to KLIA to speak to the relevant authorities..ticketing frontliners needed training also OK? (but more polite than the ones at KL Sentral office). Then after I cakap I would go to their HQ to talk to their Corp Comm who would hook me up with..I don't know? Muller? Giller? Whatever.., baru dia cakap cuba Manager kat office belakang Body Shop tu (mula2 kata she reported to no one...I kata takkan kerja tak ber-supervise? She said mrk semua sama taraf dan pandai buat kerja sendiri.Haa maghoh ! maghoh! Haha)
Anyway, managers at the ticketing office (two beautiful ladies with brains) were very kind.Baru I nak buka mulut, one of them said baru dapat news can get full refund for all cancelled flights to Manila (mula2 polisi MAS tak leh refund sebab ticket off peak price).Syukurlah! But I wasted my time and money simply because no one picked the phone and no one could decide at KL Sentral.Oh lupa nak cakap, malam sebelum tu I dah called the Star complained.Pastu bila I dah balik UIA, dapat official MAS calls bertubi2 kata can refund (I dah siap processed dah Dik.Hang baru nak habag?). Gamaknya Star le yang kasi my tel no.The reporter said pls give me your tel no in case MAS wants to respond.
Bagus juga Muller cepat bertindak. Nanti orang cakap apa kau buat ni orang local pun boleh buat - in fact solutions depa mungkin lebih baik dan considerate.
Dialogue dgn budak KL Sentral when I told her Air Asia pun bagi full refund.She said ini bukan Air Asia.Amboi kau! Bak kata Kak Pah, lajaknya mulut kau! :))
MAS now is not MAS we used to know.Dia dah jadi MAB.Orang putih ketuanya.Dan dia dah bawak 3 orang putih lain jaga marketing, strategic dan akan membuang lebih ramai lagi org local dlm masa terdekat ini.Percayalah kpd org luar untuk menghancurkan negara kita bersama pemimpin yang sedia ada.
Pas tu I sibuk pulak nak berusaha on getting my books published. In between terkejar2 sana sini.

Oct 2017 - what did I tell ya? Dalam masa dua tahun, dua CEO orang putih left MAS selepas dapat gaji bermillion-million.Gamaknya fed up dgn internal interference la tu kot? The way fwd is to put orang yg betul2 tahu industri ini dan ber-integriti dan respect his or her work space.Tak mungkin maju jika byk sgt kepala nak menggerudi kapalterbang lapok tu.Garuda pun dah masuk top 10 airlines in the world.
Bangkitlah Malaysia! Duit tidak pernah cukup!
